We have been using Skytouch for over 10 years, and have recommended it to several of my colleagues. Great and easy to use system! Very easy for new hires to train on, shortened training period to get agents up and running on there own quickly. Reporting is very easy to use and highly informative.

The customer service team is responsive and usually knowledgeable. They don't fix any bugs, but they help with How-To and workarounds pretty well. You have the option to leave a phone number rather than waiting on hold, and they do actually call back. Even though their 'SkyTouch University' is a joke, with questions not just being unhelpful...

Ease of use, Installation was easy everyone I talked to was extremely nice and professional.Structured training, unlike Wyndham which is pathetic. They ask you to take training online instead of one on e training like Sky Touch Tech.The software is very easy and precise.
