"For the property management end of it, it is so easy to change a rate or change the bar level or put in a special event or cancel a special event and have the report. Then we’re picking up 10, $20 for the last 15 rooms. That all adds up. It’s not something where you have to go in and change this manually and then go change it here. It’s just done."
