What do you like most?
Simple, good interface and functionality, just a well done UI, i've been using it since the day it started, but more by inertia, since the OTA outsourced it's own engine to this company.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Persistent 3 year long bugs that have not been fixed at all with the major bug being- the software DOESN'T display available beds. Which is unnaceptable, as this is the primary purpose of the business itself AND the software. That means the application can't be trusted and i have to do random daily checks via booking platforms to see if the correct number of beds is displayed. This directly impacts the business as in: it damages it. The second persistent bug that has not been adressed in that same 3 year period is overbookings - for now in off season we've had as much as 3 per week. Equally unacceptable, as it creates complications with guests that have to be refunded and can't find beds if the city is fully booked.
