What do you like most?
Lynx product is very reliable and I have 0 check-in issues with guests. Support is responsive and very knowledgeable. Lynx is swift in implementing new features. Recently they have added Smart TV which is awesome.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Lynx develops many features and wish I could find the time to implement it. Their customer success team is accommodating in helping us with new features.
