What do you like most?
The task management and guest communications functionality have been absolute game changers for many departments in our business. There is not one person on our team who isn’t grateful for Breezeway and the way it’s improved our ability to keep track of work flows and close gaps.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We’ve been wishing for a forth department that would allow for task management of concierge tasks. Mostly we wish we could use Breezeway in more areas of the nuso
