What do you like most?
Good upsell platform, marketing assistant, good data collector and analytics, the best way to connect with guests, get reviews and give out feedback. Really reccommend! Really good way for a mobile key for customers. The contactless access to rooms is easy-to-use for clients and has gotten also a great feedback from customers. No need to fill out paper registration cards and no need to take a room key card with you since everything is in mobile that is always with you! The order and inventory are good place to make upselling easier both to hoteliers and to customers. Ordering works on request, so there is no need to worry that there will be overbookings. There is no need to download an app - everything works in browser! Support is always there to answer questions and solve issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do not have any reccommendations right now at the moment. Everything works just fine with us. Maybe some guests would not like to recieve that many emails.
