What do you like most?
Our small castle hotel has been using RoomRaccoon since our re-opening at the beginning of 2021. Functionally and visually, it is software that shows that it was designed by a hotelier and not an IT person. A lot can be automated, the interface bandwidth is considerable... and then the whole thing has a fresh look and feel. Our team is very happy with it. Absolutely recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
RoomRaccoon actually already offers everything we want for our everyday hotel life. But we are sure that the team will continue to positively surprise us with exciting further developments in the future - we are already convinced of this.
