What do you like most?
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vincenzo during my onboarding process with Octorate and I can only consider myself satisfied with the experience. Thanks to his professionalism, availability, and ability to explain even the most technical aspects clearly and practically, I managed to gain greater familiarity with the platform and fully understand its potential. Octorate proved to be a complete and valuable tool to simplify the management of my hospitality business: from the all-in-one calendar, which allows reservations and availability to always be under control, to centralized OTA management, up to the possibility of creating a website from scratch to enhance your property and increase your autonomy in managing reservations. What really made the difference, however, was Vincenzo's training. He didn't just show me the software's features, but helped me understand its logic and use it with greater confidence and independence in daily management. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I had to identify an aspect of the experience with Octorate that could be improved, I would suggest longer or more distributed training sessions over time. The platform offers numerous very useful features and tools, from the centralized calendar to OTA management, up to website creation. Due to the richness of its potential, I believe it is necessary to have more time available to explore each feature, practice, and gain full mastery of the system. I want to emphasize that the quality of training is excellent: the explanations are clear, support is valuable, and the course is well-structured. So, this is not a criticism of the training, but a constructive suggestion to make it even more effective, giving users all the necessary time to absorb the information and make the most of Octorate's potential independently.
