What do you like most?
Thanks to Vincenzo's support, we were able to make the most of Octorate's potential, fully integrating it into the daily management of the property. Configuring the connections with the main OTAs (Booking and Airbnb) and with the PMS was particularly useful, allowing us to centralize and simplify the management of bookings, availability, and rates. We also set up the connection with Alloggiati Web and ISTAT, making the management of bureaucratic requirements simpler and more automated. Vincenzo's preparation, availability, and practical approach made the difference, allowing us not only to configure the system but to genuinely understand and make the most of all its features.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have support on Saturdays and Sundays, given that there's more work on weekends and public holidays, and less on
