What do you like most?
Excellent customer service support getting new booking sites mapped. Very pleasant and polite staff who take their time when helping us out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It seems that there are websites who are linked to booking engines like BDC and Expedia who undercut our prices which is at a disadvantage to the booking engines we have established a relationship with. It would be nice to know how these alternate sites are able to sell our rooms at such a cheap price which takes bookings away from my direct website and engine sites like BDC and Expedia. If I have prices set at $190 across the board, and an alternate site is booking my rooms for $145, I am not only losing profit but also paying out in fees, taxes, cleaning, supplies - so I'm actually negative in that room booking profit.
