What do you like most?
I particularly like the fact that every guest has their own personal access, allowing them to view both their room bill and all important information regarding their stay. The app is clearly laid out, easy to use, and offers our guests everything they need in one place.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As an improvement, I would like guests to have access to the program about a week before their arrival. This would allow them to find out about the offerings and activities in advance and plan their stay at their leisure.
