What do you like most?
One of the aspects I appreciate most about Octorate is the ability to manage multiple accommodation facilities through a single platform, making daily work much simpler and more organized. The software allows centralizing bookings, synchronizing calendars from different portals, and reducing the risk of overbooking, significantly optimizing management times. I also find particularly useful the possibility to automate various operations, improving efficiency and allowing us to dedicate more attention to guests and the quality of service. Overall, Octorate represents a valuable tool for those who, like us, professionally manage tourist rentals and want to have greater control over their business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Among the main areas for improvement, I note greater software stability. We have encountered several bugs, especially in communication with the institutional portals Alloggiati Web and Ross1000, as well as anomalies in sending automatic messages to guests. It would be useful to improve the reliability of these features to ensure smoother and more efficient management.
