What do you like most?
I don't know. I don't use it too often. It's self check in of guests I'm most familiar with than anything else.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Guests would prefer face to face contact rather than on-line check in. So even there is self check in available the guests still prefer to use face to face check in.
