What do you like most?
We implemented Visito across both of our five-star resorts and found the deployment, contracting and setup process very smooth and efficient. The backend is easy to handle, the tool works reliably, and the reporting is useful for daily operations and management review. The developer support has been excellent, with a flexible approach to adapting the platform to our specific business needs. We also appreciate the constant function updates and extensions, which show that the product continues to evolve in a practical and user-focused way.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this stage, there is nothing material to highlight. The platform has met our requirements well and we are satisfied with the setup, support, functionality, guest messaging software capabilities, and ongoing development.
