What do you like most?
Since the start of the 2025/26 winter season, we've been using the Gastfreund app for our guests, and it's been very well received. It's clear and easy to use, and guests have all the important and useful information at their fingertips at any time. The app is also easy and straightforward for us as hosts to use. We'd particularly like to highlight the feature that allows guests to cancel room cleaning and receive news and important information directly. The morning newsletter is also a great feature, but our guests prefer the printed version at the breakfast table.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's important to us that all information is available in three languages, and there are still some errors and difficulties here and there. The translations aren't very professional, and the links to other providers regarding tour suggestions unfortunately don't work for other languages. Therefore, you have to create and enter many events, activities, and hiking suggestions yourself. However, you can contact Gastfreund at any time if you have problems, and they will respond and help immediately.
