What do you like most?
RMS Cloud has helped us streamline our day to day operations across multiple villa properties. The system is user friendly, cloud based, and allows our reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to stay aligned in real time. We also appreciate the OTA integrations, owner statement features, and reporting tools which help us manage bookings and operations more efficiently. The support team is responsive and continuously assists us whenever we encounter mapping or connectivity concerns. RMS has been a great tool for improving operational workflow and guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are still some areas that could be enhanced, especially around owner statements, permissions management, and customization of reports. Certain settings can be difficult to locate, and some updates require support assistance instead of allowing property level control. It would also be helpful to improve the speed and synchronization of OTA mappings and provide more flexibility in customizing dashboards and automated communications. Overall, the platform is very strong and continues to improve.
