I like that it is easy to locate line items for researching. However I do not like the delays in days final audits not being uploaded.Also when trying to get research it takes to long for issues to be resolved.

Easy to navigate daily reports as it relates to the final audit. Research items under finance and can print the forms when you need them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Delays in research when daily reports do not upload. No one ever answers the phone when calling the office number.

From the dashboard, you can quickly identify the gap and either reprocess the feed or manually upload the missing day's report yourself, so you're no longer waiting on us to get unblocked.
