Responsiveness and follow up. Nancy was great and trying to solve the issues as soon as possible. Sending follow up email and solving it shortly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really. Issues was resolved quickly. It was easy to reach support without long wait holds. Nancy was nice and easy to work with!
