It is a good system, all things considered relatively cheap and easy to use for small businesses. There are some aspects that make things complicated, such as a lack of tutorial which makes it hard to use certain features. I will say in your favor that you do a pretty good job of making up for that with very good customer service that are available to help you with any complications.

What do you like most?
I do appreciate that most things are relatively easy to figure out. Additionally, I appreciate the customer service being helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Tutorial videos on how to use the system would be extremely helpful. Also, certain basic things are extremely complicated such as changing the nightly rate for a room.
