What do you like most?
We have had a very positive experience using their Channel Manager and Booking Engine. The system integrates well with Opera and various online platforms, making daily operations much easier. What stands out most is their responsive and dedicated support team, especially Mr. Ayman Wani, who has consistently provided prompt assistance and effective solutions whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the overall experience has been very positive, some areas for improvement could include adding more advanced reporting and analytics features, providing additional customization options for the booking engine, and expanding the knowledge base or training materials for users. Regular feature updates and enhanced automation capabilities would further improve the user experience.
