What do you like most?
It's not just Abigail - but she pops up a lot. The team at SiteMinder promptly respond to every query I have completely. This is unusual in the hotel tech industry. I always feel confident I'll have an answer to my question, in full. Their ai tech is really helpful too. Good job SiteMinder.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The booking engine for multi-property should be mobile first - there's no reason it should have a map first! Also the interface for booking button could be more user-friendly, but I'm sure it's coming! SiteMinder is always updating.
