That it's reliable, and you can still add a lot of different products and set up your own depending on what it is.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That the customer should be able to go in and change certain things themselves, like packages or similar. Or if they don't want to stay and want to cancel, they should be able to go in themselves and do that.
