What do you like most?
Exely provides a reliable and user-friendly Booking Engine that makes the direct booking process simple and efficient for both our hotel team and our guests. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage rates, availability, special offers, and booking conditions. The platform is intuitive, saves us time, and helps us strengthen our direct sales channel. I also highly value the support team — they are responsive, professional, and always ready to assist whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement we would highly appreciate is the possibility of integrating Exely directly with our PMS system. Currently, some booking information needs to be processed manually, which requires additional time and increases the risk of human error. A seamless integration between the Exely Booking Engine and our PMS would automate the reservation flow, make daily operations more efficient, and significantly reduce manual work for our team.
