What do you like most?
Good overview in the occupancy calendar, dynamic price adjustment, surcharges for booking portals, well-organized booking calendar and price calendar, the relatively new parking function for reservations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We find it a bit difficult that the contract is automatically extended for one year and the total amount for a year is billed at the same time. This is no longer common practice. I think a minimum term at the beginning is completely okay. After the minimum term, the contract should also be able to be terminated monthly. This is at least common in Germany. If a product is good, you as a provider don't need to do that either.
