What do you like most?
Very easy system to learn. Something new and updated is happening often. Fast SOS support. Good overview over the treatments. Nice to be able to have a website to book treatments/sessions etc.. A lot of rapports to read if you would like to grow the results in your company. Easy settings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish it was more connected to the Mews system. Right now we would need to manually refund both systems for example. And also sometimes it's very hard to find products we are selling in the search bar. I've called for example all products from the brand DARK, with the "DARK" name in front of the product name, and I would expect all of the products with start "DARK" to appear under, but its max 15 items that shows under the search bar. All of the products with that name could definitely just pop up.
