What do you like most?
Clear overview of reservations, combined with integration with the channel manager, results in significantly less work thanks to automatic room assignments. Accessible customer support, with mostly friendly and helpful staff. Generally clear monthly report. Easy management of roomblock.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Labels and explanations of what each change does when modifying user permissions. It would be nice to be able to customize the Hoteltime web interface.
