What do you like most?
I like that bookings come into one system instead of needing to check multiple places. The invoice templates are also useful because we can include room charges and separate receipts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support chat can sometimes be quite slow. Having a call center or direct phone support would make it much easier to resolve urgent issues.
