What do you like most?
Our property located in a small island where electricity and wifi sometimes is not reliable. The problem is when the electricity is down, our entire operational also affected since our previous system require an active server. We then decided to move to Cloudbeds because they can be used Online, no physical server needed. We can always access our system online even using mobile phone. As a hostel, Cloudbeds provide many feature that we need. It's not perfect but every time we have issue arising we always get a reliable support on that for example to connect Pouchnation to the system. So our overall experience is nice and we definitely recommend the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the timing of the support wasn't as fast as before. Before it's easy to get someone online if we need a quick fix but now the waiting time getting longer. It'll be fine if the property has someone who is tech savvy but if they don't this can create frustration.
