What do you like most?
Easy administration and communication of information to all guests; important advance information reaches all guests; convenient handling of bread roll orders; easy self-service changes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When copying "news" messages, line breaks are sometimes not copied correctly, which is more work to correct. When guests send messages, it would be helpful if they had to include their name or at least the vacation rental address – sometimes it's impossible to identify who wrote it. Regarding image uploads: when setting up new messages/tiles, you first have to switch to the upload function; you can't drag and drop an image directly from your computer. Sending news doesn't work for guests who stayed here, for example, a year ago – they would have to reinstall the app, but they don't know this – so they don't have access to current hotel information!
