What do you like most?
We’ve had a great experience working with OCRA, and they’ve been an extremely valuable partner for our properties. Aaron Lesser, our Customer Success Manager, has been especially helpful—very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Any time we’ve had questions or needed support, Aaron and the OCRA team have been quick to respond and proactive in finding solutions, even with complex or time-sensitive issues. Communication has been clear and consistent, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day operations. Because of the positive experience we’ve had, we now use OCRA across multiple properties, and the level of service has remained excellent. It’s reassuring to have a reliable partner and a dedicated CSM who truly understands our needs. I would highly recommend OCRA to any hospitality operation looking for a dependable and professional vendor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One opportunity for improvement could be adding more promotion tools within the OCRA platform—such as a book-direct link, featured property spotlight, or a way to promote hotel offers directly through their site or guest communications. This would help drive more direct bookings for hotels and create additional value for both properties and guests, while strengthening OCRA’s role beyond operational support.
