What do you like most?
As a hotel, it has really helped me increase my monthly turnover. Also it has saved me time on invoicing and daily rate management. The support and frequent communication I receive are prompt effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are very new to the Hotellab team, so I haven't encountered any problem requiring immediate attention. Everything and everyone is amazing.
