What do you like most?
Excellent booking platform, simple to administrate and simple for guests to use. RMSonline and the associated guest portal are excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like more adaptability on the look and layout of the IBE. Likewise the correspondence builder - it's like Windows XP!
