What do you like most?
With Guestnet, we have brought all the hotel information to our guests' smartphones: hours, services, activities, and local tips, in Italian, German, and English. For our sports clientele, such as cyclists, hikers, and triathletes, it is very convenient to find everything in a single app, always updated. The weekly calendar is very useful. Support is quick and available.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, we do not see significant room for improvement: the functions we need are already all available, and the tool responds well to the daily needs of our hotel.
