What do you like most?
Octorate is a comprehensive product that simplifies daily management tasks. The learning curve is very steep thanks to the highly effective onboarding process. It allows you to manage the entire information flow related to reservations, interfacing with major booking engines, tax/administrative aspects, and accounting. Obviously, it's a complex product and therefore not easy to get started with, but the ongoing support works very well. Davide, in particular, assisted me with several tickets during use, allowing me to address any needs and promptly resolve any concerns or minor issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
the feature-request process could take into account user requests which typically arise from objective needs that may not yet have been implemented.
