What do you like most?
Complete and up-to-date software at a fair price. The training and support staff are top-notch. I've dealt with Danny, Roberta, and Elisa. They're competent, fast, and courteous! For now, they're the reason I excuse some of the software's small flaws.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- maybe a little lacking and proprietary in the integrations (Banca Sella comes to mind for example) - the basic layouts (booking widget) could be more refined (they can be changed with CSS though)
