What do you like most?
Skeat has made a real difference to our operations in the pool and main bar. It's easy to use, and the integration with EMC means all our data is pulled through automatically, eliminating double handling and saving us a significant amount of time. Creating new menu items and catalogues is simple and intuitive, making it easy to keep everything up to date. Whenever we've needed assistance, the Skeat support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues. Overall, Skeat has become a valuable part of our operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Backend access of Skeat is currently limited to 4 users, which in larger organisation creates limitations, but otherwise none.
