The system offers extensive opportunities for team learning and progress tracking, including both structured, required courses and a comprehensive library of supplementary resources. A significant advantage, especially for new hires, is the context-sensitive Knowledge Base. Its ever-present prompts are a valuable asset, ensuring that new employees are immediately redirected to the relevant information based on the specific screen they are viewing. I recently had a positive experience with your support team. Wesley from VM Tech Support called me promptly after I submitted a help ticket and immediately provided a solution. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Is there a "guest preferences" option? I have not found one but this would be a helpful addition if not already offered.
