What do you like most?
I manage a portfolio of 23 properties, which we have organized across 3 different websites (pages) within Amenitiz to keep them separate. The core of our problem is the integration with Airbnb. The Synchronization Disaster (PAY CLOSE ATTENTION HERE): The biggest problem is that Amenitiz apparently uses an intermediary (WuBook) to connect with Airbnb. This system is incapable of handling a multi-property structure correctly. The consequences have been disastrous: Constant Desynchronization: Calendars and rates become misconfigured. Duplicate and Triplicate Bookings: We have suffered MULTIPLE duplicate bookings. This is unacceptable. Non-existent Support in Latin America: The second major problem is customer service. Since Amenitiz removed its direct team from Latin America, support has collapsed: Weekends: NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. The hotel industry operates 24/7. If you have an overbooking on a Friday afternoon, you are completely on your own until Monday. WhatsApp: They NEVER respond via this channel. Calls: If you request a call, they contact you ONE DAY LATER. Hours (Mexico): ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY UNTIL 2 PM; it's impossible to reach them after 2:00 PM (Central Time) on weekdays. If you're looking for a reliable system to manage multiple properties or if you value having support in case of an emergency (which will happen), I strongly recommend you look for another solution. This integration is terrible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Better and more extensive customer service via WhatsApp from Mexico, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
