What do you like most?
Rate setup for accepted RFPs is automatic, which saves time and helps avoir human errors. The interface is generally easy to understand, so I can quickly fix small urgent mistakes without going through the data team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could be a more efficient way to organize rate plans (such as chainwide or half-board) to make them easier to identify among the many existing plans. / Sometimes, when a ticket exchange takes too long, the data team does not take the time to review the history, which leads to unnecessary back-and-forth and prevents the issue from being resolved effectively.
