What do you like most?
The Channel Manager makes it very easy to manage allotments and update availability across all connected OTAs in real time, helping us avoid overbooking. The mapping rate feature is also very useful, as it saves time and ensures consistency of rates across channels. In addition, the Booking Engine allows us to generate direct bookings from our website with a user-friendly interface that improves customer experience and increases conversion rates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the mapping process for new rate plans can be a bit time-consuming, and it would be helpful to have a more automated setup. The Booking Engine could also benefit from more customizable design options to match hotel branding. Additionally, a more detailed reporting dashboard would help us analyze booking performance more effectively.
