What do you like most?
We have been working with Gastfreund for many years and are very satisfied. The system offers us the opportunity to inform our guests in a timely, uncomplicated, and professional manner. I would particularly like to highlight the digital guest directory: It is intuitively structured, always up-to-date, and saves us a tremendous amount of paper and administrative effort. The user-friendliness is outstanding for both our team and our guests. Many processes that were previously time-consuming are now automated and run elegantly via the platform. This ensures greater efficiency in our daily work and relieves the burden on our staff. Another plus is Gastfreund's support: The team responds quickly, friendly, and solution-oriented. Gastfreund is also flexible when it comes to individual adjustments and new ideas.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The company's focus has recently been heavily on the hotel board. This tool certainly has its uses, but it seems as if it's pushing the actual digital guest directory, which was the heart of the offering, into the background. However, we would like to see continuous innovation and improvements in precisely this area.
