What do you like most?
1. Guests' can choose a fast Kiosk check in and check out or interaction with Guest Services team, people like choices, some also prefer not to have a chat with the team, they don't want to interact. 2. Some guests also like the novelty of the kiosk check in and are getting more used to the options Kiosk is seamless and faster than humans, if all data entered in to the booking and the routing is updated and in correctly, then the speed is faster for both services check in and checkout. 3. We can assist more customers at one time when a small group arrive they can all go to kiosk and our GS team can help guide them through the steps if needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a go back or return option for guests, if the guests made an error or want to re read details, they can skip back to the previous page, or if they charge minibar by mistake, we can assist reverse it at the kiosk.
