What do you like most?
This software is the perfect way to communicate between departments and shifts. The team at Logistics works side by side with you during set-up and implementation. You can easily use the hotel log for communication, track work tickets and preventative maintenance, track lost and found, track guest complaints and the resolution taken. Highly recommend to streamline hotel operations and communication!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I would improve is the ability to use the set-up feature on the app. It won't let you scroll down when trying to add people.
