What do you like most?
LIKE MAGIC has revolutionized our operations by centralizing all critical functions into a single, intuitive platform. The white-label web app seamlessly integrates with our existing systems, including PMS, digital key systems, and payment gateway. This integration has enabled us to reduce staffing needs to 2.5 FTE for an 85-room property, streamline our tech stack from eight systems to two, and achieve a 90% digital check-in completion rate. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More self-servicing options rather than having to go through support, though I know LIKE MAGIC has already made some progress on that front.
