What do you like most?
The simple and logical workflow. What I really like is that Casablanca is always very open and committed to collaborating with other companies to continually expand the software and its products. Casablanca is definitely always on top of all future trends.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The one thing that bothers me a little bit, but that's complaining at a very high level, is that the points don't come automatically when you get your date of birth, that you have to enter them yourself, but that's really the only thing and shouldn't be a criticism, just a small suggestion for improvement.
