What do you like most?
We’ve been using Conversana for our hotel operations, and it has exceeded our expectations. The technical support team is always quick to respond and resolves any issues efficiently. The platform is perfectly adapted to the hospitality industry, it truly understands the needs of hotels. Since implementing it, we’ve been able to centralize all our guest messaging channels in one place, making it much easier to manage communication and respond to our guests promptly. All our operators are very satisfied with the system’s performance and reliability. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to see Conversana integrate more AI-driven features in the chatbot to improve automation and response quality. It would also be very useful if operators could tag conversations where a reservation was successfully completed, so we can later view and analyze all bookings generated through Conversana in one place. Additionally, we’d be interested in having built-in email marketing tools to create campaigns and set up automated triggers based on specific lead rules, helping us drive more conversions and grow our business.
