What do you like most?
As a Vice President of Operations, I use Nimble Accounting daily to oversee accounts payables and daily operations of my hotels. Weekly, I can review payments and see check details, as needed. Therefore, not calling the accounting team. Monthly, I use Nimble to review the income statements prior to meeting with the management teams. Yearly, to create future budgets for the hotels. Personally, I am not computer savvy--not easy to admit in this day of technology. But Nimble is very similar to excel which made the training easy to comprehend. Nimble trainers are very patient. I have no troubles setting up a new hotel and training the new General Managers (users). But I recently made an error in uploading the wrong year for 2026 budget and one email to Moses and less than 24 hours the wrong budget was deleted so I can input correctly. The response time and follow up is amazing. Personally, two features that I love are as follows. 1. I can be viewing an income statement and question a line item. Click on that line item and all the invoices that support that expense will load. Click on an invoice and I can view it!!! Saves so much time; as in years past we had to search folders for an invoice. 2. When doing future budgets, I initially was having 12 income statements up on my screen--Can be overwhelming, a year later I found out thru a colleague that there was a filter instead of totals I could print one by months! This is such a time saver for me! Honestly, this feature is fantastic. Also, you can control payroll by viewing; as needed, including in your income statements to show payroll. So, I suggest a new user play around with the filters as you can pull so much valuable information. Thank you Nimble.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to upload a new budget copying over the previous year which is actuals vs copying previous budget. I think you may have that, but I have not learned it yet! But I am open to learn to save me time--so valuable.
