What do you like most?
D3x feels like an extra team member that’s always available. It handles repetitive guest questions instantly, and the answers really sound human, not like a bot. That takes real pressure off our team and makes the guest experience noticeably better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be cool to see even more upsell automation or smart follow-ups based on guest type in the future. But for now, it covers the important things really well.
