Guests can ring any calls for free. It is quite convenience for foreigners. Reducing the paper because the hotel can send message via Portier to guest instead.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile for Front Office should have the same function as the guests because it will be easier to urge the guests to give us the comments on TripAdvisor and show the information to them.
