What do you like most?
I like most DNR option. we can train new employee in one day. 24 hours support team. All member are like it and they all are happy to get new system. They are happy to they don't have to pyping just scan id and get all customer data in system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing everything is good. Customer support team they are very good .there are more thing to do when making reservation so need to reduce some stap. rate modification step need to improve so we don't have to go back and do there ,.thank to hotel key team to make my work easier.
