What do you like most?
We use Bookboost for communicating with our guest( potential guest, staying guest, and post-staying guest). People find a SMS, Facebook messenger, emails, WhatsApp, and LINE (most of Japanese/Taiwanese people use) to communicate with us and we used to open many tabs to communicate, which was pretty nightmare to listen all different notification sound. Since we start using Bookboost, all communication tool become one software and it was a game changer. Easy to communicate and automated massage is such a great tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We could not edit the title of Email very beginning, but it has improved. could not paste pic in text field but it has updated and now we can. It has been improved significantly. We just wish to auto-merge the guest profile if email address was the same!
